Do I need to register to browse listings?
No. Students can browse all listings freely without creating an account.
Are all listings verified?
Yes. Every accommodation must be submitted by a registered landlord and approved by our admin team before it appears on the site.
How do I contact a landlord?
Each listing has a Call and WhatsApp button with the landlord's contact details. You contact them directly โ no middlemen.
Can I filter by my university?
Yes. Use the Institution filter on the listings page to show only accommodations near your university.
What does "Recommended" mean?
The OffCamp admin team can mark select listings as Recommended based on quality, amenities, and landlord responsiveness.
Is it safe to use OffCamp?
We verify landlords and their ownership documents. However, always visit the property in person before making any payment. Read our Disclaimer for details.

Landlord Questions
How do I list my accommodation?
First, create a free landlord account. Once registered, log in to your dashboard and click "Add New Accommodation". Fill in the details, upload your cover photo and proof of ownership, then submit for review.
Is listing my accommodation free?
Yes, basic listing is free. Premium "Recommended" status may be enabled by admin based on quality.
What proof of ownership is accepted?
A title deed, a signed lease agreement, or any official document showing you are the owner or authorised manager of the property.
How long does approval take?
Our admin team typically reviews submissions within 1โ2 business days.
Can I update my listing after approval?
Yes. Log into your dashboard, find the listing, and click Edit. Changes will be updated immediately without requiring re-approval (except major changes).
Can I add multiple accommodations?
Yes. You can add as many accommodations as you own or manage from the same account.
How do I track performance?
Your dashboard shows views, call clicks, and WhatsApp clicks per listing, as well as overall totals.
What if my listing is rejected?
You will be notified. Common reasons include unclear images, incomplete information, or unverifiable ownership documents. You can resubmit after addressing the issue.
